East House Receives Developers Awards from the Leaders in Construction

Last fall, East House’s Canal Commons was recognized at the Leaders in Construction & Real Estate event, presented by the Rochester Business Journal (RBJ), as the recipient of the “Developers” award.

This award honors developers who have made a significant impact on construction in the Rochester region. Judging criteria included client satisfaction and demonstrated performance effectiveness, supported by testimonials from clients and industry professionals.

At the same event, former East House President & CEO Greg Soehner received the “Lifetime Achievement” award, recognizing his outstanding contributions to

East House and helping to shape the future of the Rochester community.

The event celebrated individuals and companies transforming the Rochester region through design, construction, project management, lending, innovation, and more.
