For those who need more support on their journey, our community residences are here for you. We’ll walk with you every step of the way. East House has 6 Community Residences for Individuals in Recovery.
Boehm Lodge:
14 co-ed beds for people with a primary diagnosis of a mental health disorder.
Staff are on-site 24/7 to assist clients
Clients receive rehabilitation support, medication management, recovery services, care coordination, vocational and educational services.
Licensed through the NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH)
Cody House:
16 beds for males with a primary diagnosis of a substance use disorder.
Staff are on-site 24/7 to assist clients.
Clients receive reintegration support, medication education, recovery services, care coordination, vocational and educational services.
Licensed through the NYS Office of Addiction Services & Supports (OASAS)
Hanson House:
14 co-ed beds for people with a primary diagnosis of a substance use disorder.
Staff are on-site 24/7 to assist clients.
Clients receive reintegration support, medication education, recovery services, care coordination, vocational and educational services.
Licensed through the NYS Office of Addiction Services & Supports (OASAS) as a co-occurring licensed program.
Hirst House:
12 beds for men with a primary diagnosis of a substance use disorder.
Staff are on-site 24/7 to assist clients.
Clients receive reintegration support, medication education, recovery services, care coordination, vocational and educational services.

Pembroke House:
13 co-ed beds for people with a primary diagnosis of a mental health disorder.
Staff are on-site 24/7 to assist clients.

Pinny Cooke House:
12 beds for females with a primary diagnosis of a substance use disorder.
Staff are on-site 24/7 to assist clients.
Clients receive reintegration support, medication education, recovery services, care coordination, vocational and educational services.
Licensed through the NYS Office of Addiction Services & Supports (OASAS)
Affinity Place:
A short-term respite program for individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis, but want to avoid hospitalization.
A no-fee recovery-oriented alternative to a costly emergency room and inpatient hospitalization.
The peer-run crisis residence program and warm line are staffed 24/7. Our warm line service is staffed by Peer Crisis Mentors who know at times it can be easier to talk to someone who has had similar lived experiences.
This program is funded through the NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and serves those who live in Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Orleans, Wayne and Wyoming counties.
