PTO Cash-Out Program Returns June 18!

Looking to turn some of your unused PTO into extra spending money this summer?

East House is pleased to offer our PTO Cash-Out Program again on the June 18, 2026 payroll for eligible employees.

PTO Cash-Out Guidelines

Eligible employees may elect to cash out up to 17.5 hours of available PTO.

To participate:

  • You must have sufficient accrued PTO available.

  • A minimum balance of 17.5 hours must remain in your PTO bank after the cash-out is processed.

  • Requests must be submitted by the communicated deadline to be included in the June 18 payroll.

  • PTO hours will be paid at your current rate of pay.

A Reminder About Taking Time Off

While we are pleased to offer this benefit, we also encourage employees to prioritize their well-being by taking time away from work when needed.

As a reminder:

  • Review your PTO balance regularly through Paylocity.

  • Plan time off in advance whenever possible.

  • Work with your supervisor to schedule PTO appropriately.

  • PTO requests remain subject to operational and staffing needs.

Taking time to recharge is an important part of maintaining your health, wellness, and ability to continue supporting the individuals we serve.
