Job Summary Program Manager is responsible for providing
leadership and management to a group home serving 12 female clients with
chemical dependency. The Program Manager is responsible for the development and
implementation of coordinated and comprehensive service plans in their
designated unit. Ensures the overall functioning of assigned unit; as well as
the implementation and ongoing evaluation of services to facilitate
evidence-based, therapeutic programming and the creation of new or supportive
Services as needed. Programs provided by the Unit must meet licensing and
accreditation standards and conform to the agency's values, performance
standards, policies and procedures. The Program Manager supervises personnel as
delineated by the organizational chart, and is responsible for providing a
positive work atmosphere that reflects the agency values.
Qualifications Must be a Qualified Health Professional as
defined by OASAS Operating Regulations. High School Diploma or equivalent and 5
years paid human service experience or Bachelor’s degree in
human service related field and 3 years paid human service experience required.
Some supervisory experience preferred. NYS motor vehicle license, safe driving
record and availability of personal vehicle for work required.
Schedule Full-time, 35 hours. Typically Monday-Friday days with
flexibility.
Wages & Benefits Range midpoint is $39,800. Actual annual
salary is based on relevant education and experience. Excellent benefits

Job Summary Responsible for communicating and consulting with program
staff regarding clients’ conditions and functioning. Responds to crises and
emergencies. Provides counseling and support, including supervision of
medication to clients, when indicated. Maintains security and safety of clients
and facility. Oversees management of medication documentation, provides unit
support in preparing rosters, schedules, and other community policies and
sign-up sheets. Performs routine facility maintenance tasks and other related
tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, clean NY State valid
drivers license and safe driving record required. Some relevant paid human
service experience preferred.
Pay Rate Range midpoint is $11.35/hr. Actual hourly salary is based

Job Summary: Responsible for providing counseling and training
to clients in a more independent and responsible living environment. This
includes individual and group counseling, maintaining clinical records,
networking with other community providers, assisting clients with funding
and financial matters, assisting in the daily operation of the unit (e.g.
light housekeeping, food and supply purchasing, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
required. Experience working in an adult residential rehabilitation
setting serving clients with mental illness is preferred. NYS motor
vehicle license, safe driving record and availability of personal vehicle
for work required.
Wage and Benefits: wage midpoint is $13.62/hour. Actual hourly
