East House

Leadership Transition and Executive Search

After 28 years of service to East House, Jim Sorrentino will be stepping down as President/CEO at the end of 2008 to pursue a variety of personal interests. Jim's contributions to the agency, and to the field of mental health and chemical dependency, are immeasurable. Because he leaves big shoes to fill, we are starting now to seek his replacement.

This time frame will allow us to do a comprehensive and thoughtful search, and it will facilitate a smooth "hand-off" as a new President/CEO takes over later this year.

Laura Amick, Chair
East House Board of Directors
